Has anyone here balanced their own single-sided rear wheel on a static balancer? I have plenty of experience mounting and balancing normal wheels but I'm left scratching my head with my rear marchesini wheel. My rear Pilot Power lasted all but 6054 miles. So I went out, picked up a set of Michelin rubbers and smacked on the rear. Now I'm at a stand still...sort of. I've got the tire on and she's all ready to button up...sans balancing.

I'm planning to have my local dealer balance it for me but I would like some insight from anyone with FHE on this particular task. TIA.

most places that sell the static balancer have cones to slide on the balancer shaft that are SS specific.
