Its a .png, its gotta be a .gif if you want it animated. Can you use .gif's in avatars?

It is a .gif file on my computer, but when I upload it to the server it changes it ???

not sure of this still applies, but the old server needed a specific size of the image for the gif to animate.

Paul, also try to host the image somewhere else, and link to it. My avatar is hosted on my home page that came with my internet package, you are likely to have the same facility, well maybe anyway....
