So I want to get a more affective headlight set-up, but I want to stick to the single sealed beam. I've seen a lot of different ones on other bikes, but can't seem to find a place to buy them.

I believe that's a Harley headlight.

look into a suzuki Sv650/1000 headlight.

I think the overall diameter is slightly smaller than the Duc unit. but the glass is the same size.

much better reflector and glass design, one of the best round headlight on the market, according to the reviews at the time.
