·Has anyone mounted a 996 tail on a monster? I am thinking about doing it...

The ones I have seen I didnt really care for. It didnt seem like the tail section flowed into the tank well enough. Sorry I cant remember where I saw them on the net. Im sure someone has the link.

·yeah I was going too also.....I have the tail...and I was going to get a subframe off an SBK...I wanted to do the mod for a lead with the head kind of seating arrangement....but my design ideas
for the overall bike have changed....
Todd R, has a 748 tail on his and Manley Cycle here has been doing a few of them for other racebikes.....They look good actually.....and sitting on them also feels real good....I'm still a little tempted...

I'm not finding my photo's of sbk tails on monsters....
.....there are also people who put mv augusta tails on....

·Thanks for the response on the tail info. I think I might go ahead and sell the bike instead.. For some reason I want a Kawi 636 and don't have the extra coin for the 749. I posted an ad on here and I will have pics as soon as the new Sils are installed.
