I will be taking my 696 to the track this year, so I am getting rearsets. However, that mod is kind of defeated for left hand turns by the sidestand. Are there any replacement options, with shorter/smaller stands? I've read of guys just hacking the end of it off. How much to hack off? Does the 'stump' still work as a sidestand?
