Is this supposed to be hard or am I looking at it wrong? I bought a new 620 chin cowling for my Monster M620 and the bolt holes dont match up. I thought it was supposed to be a bolt on item. Are there modifications I have to make? Any Monster compadres please help....

Did it come with mounting brackets? The ols in the fiaing are for a set of brackets - which in turn, mate to the engine.
yeah, I rec'd a small box of bolts and these four brackets, but it looks like it doesn't match up....

the brackets attach to case cover bolts, then you adjust them appropriately so that the bellypan holes work, just a bit of adjustment
photos will help. Which chin fairing do you have? I have the aluminum DP one. Came with 2 different brackets to use depending whether you have a 620/750 or a larger engine like a 900. If you show me a photo of the brackets I can tell you which one you need.

or do you have a belly pan??

I have the new 620 Imberger Carbon fiber belly pan. I think I've got it figured out...
Thanks everyone...
I love this site....
Ducs Roc..
And I will post pics of how to install for anyone else looking to put some more fairings on...
Please do, I'll be getting one soon for my 03 620 and I hear they are less than straightfoward to install sometimes...
