like i said, these are cheap, but these i have used, and have ont fallen over - use ratcheting tie straps

This isn't exactly the one I had in mind but it's similar.

I'll keep looking and see what I can find.

This one's pretty close to what I was thinking of. The only difference is this one doesn't wrap quite as far around the sides of the tire as the ones I've seen before.
