I'm getting an error in my front brakes. When I first got the bike the front brake caliper seemed to lock in the closed position. The system cooled off the brake released, I took it home and bled the front and Ice Tea came out. I got the fluid running clear again and sealed it back up. OK, yesterday after some emergency braking riding two up, same thing. I got home bled the brakes again, ICE TEA again, bled till running clear again and now seem to be braking fine. after having the bike 700 miles or so, there seems to be an exorbitant amount of brake dust. Thoughts.

First make sure there is sufficient free play in the brake lever. The play is adjusted by the small scew in the lever. You want about 1.5 mm play. Then look caliper pistons that don't retract or a bad master.
