I'm a bit of a lurker and this is a bit of a longshot on this board, but what the heck:

1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 750

Asking Price $2500

KBB Retail: $2,745
KBB Trade: $1,855

20,658 miles (and counting)

749cc V-twin, 5 speed transmission, shaft drive.
65 hp @ 7500, 47.7 ft-lbs tq @ 6500 rpm

Clean title in hand. Cash gets you a test ride, you break it you buy it.

Location: Tomball (NW Houston)

The good:

Strong running motor and great shifting transmission. The tires are Dunlop 404’s and were put on in January 2006. These have about 2,500 miles on them and at least 5,000 left before they start showing signs of wear. This bike will run all day long at 65-70 mph without a problem, even 2 up. This is the perfect bike for a college student or an in town commuter. This also makes a great first bike because of its neutral seating position and handling. Nearly maintenance free.

Windshield, extra carb set, front wheel with rotors.

The bad:

The headlight is slightly buggy. There is a short that I am working on. This isn’t the cleanest bike on the block.
