Okay I slapped on the 14T sprocket today.

2 words: IT ROCKS

but i'm a tad confused about adjusting the chain but I think I did it right. I loosened the axle nut and then the little bolt on the back side which allowed me to move the tire a hair forward for some slack on the chain, to get the stock sprocket off. Once I de-gunked the chain and front sprocket area, got everything back assembled I then shifted the tire/axle back and eyeballed the chain tension (30mm? - seems excessive) and tightened the screw on the back till snug. Measured slack with tape measure, close enough for government work and torqued down the axle nut.

When sitting on the bike the chain travel up/down does not hit the swingarm/plastic guide but comes close. Does this seem about right?

I also measured swing arm center of pivot point to center of nut on both sides and they are close enough that I cant tell a difference. Cool?

sounds about right.
If I remember correctly, you should have just less than an inch of play at the center of the chain.
