I'm thinking about switching to the 14t front sprocket. I understand it's a cheap and easy mod; takes like 30 minutes and costs $25. Anyone interested in doing a group buy of 14t sprockets, spending a weekend afternoon in my garage installing them, then out for a test ride?

I haven't researched the instructions yet, but I think it can be done with no special tools. I've got the basics (and a fridge full of beer while we work).
