Anybody out there running a 14 tooth front sprocket on a 900 monster. If so , how does it work with the chain slider ?

yep - right here. by my grin ;D you can tell this is a good thing. makes the monster less of a handful around town.

no fitting problems what so ever.

just keep an eye on chain tension and all should be fine.
