(Nice improv!)Yeah, it does. Tough to say whether it happened before or after the break. Maybe OP can dig up some older shots of the bike, help follow this lead some.The rod near the break almost looks like it was bent slightly, perhaps from a previous incident that weakened the rod. Never seen a rod broken like that.
