Starting a new thread for each day, as not everyone will be able to or wants to meet on one particular day. Let's make both days a big SoCal Monsters get-together.

Can anyone provide a relatively comprehensive link on the times and events? I can't find much......

Generally, traffic is going to be a little gnarly on a friday afternoon, just want to keep it in mind for planning the meeting spot and ride route.

Best to visit the link, but the Reader's Digest version is 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Alright..so I'm 300% confirmed for Friday. I'm comming from Venice, and honestly have only south past LAX ONE time ever in my life. I don't have a CLUE about where is a good place to meet. I geuss we need to know who's in for Friday and then we can work it out.

Eric my friend, even though you consider ACH your first "real" ride and not the innaugaral Rock Store ride we set up when you first moved here, I will still accompany you to Long Beach on Friday. Superslab sucks, so lets pick a spot near you on the Westside to meet and then meet the Southies at the convention center.

On that first rock store ride I felt like such a noob I couldn't believe it, I guess I blocked it out of my memory. Ahh the younger days of the SCMHAOASC, *sniff* I miss'm.

We can meet anywhere you like. I'm trying to think now, the PCH kind of DIES at Santa Monica, so you tell me and I can meet anywhere.

I am trying to figure that out. I want to see the movie "Faster". It is playing Friday nite at 9:15PM and Sunday at 5:15PM. Is anyone else interested in seeing this?

Faster...hell yah. I been wanting to see that ever since I saw the trailer months ago. I want to see it just to hear Rossi say F*ck again....

Does the movie cost extra or is it included in the 11 bucks to get in?

I got the times from the Fastmovie.com website. I didn;t see any other show times or price. I figure it is extra since they mention tickets are available.

Seems that the movie costs $15. Also, I hear rumor it is available on DVD.

I'm going tonight, but I'm caging it straight from work (in Signal Hill). I'm gonna try to bail early to get there near opening time.

Just got back from the Show, it was good to see all of those scooters. Suffered from a bout of [email protected]$$, and didn't bring my camera.

Good to see Aprilia, MV Agusta, and Ducati represented there.
The Sport Classics were cool. A boatload of Cruisers, from large to gargantuan. Several classics there, that new Norton, very trick racebikes and more.

Didn't see anything of equivalent $ that I'd swap for my Monster, and lots of bikes for more $ that I'd only swap for at gunpoint.

Bruce started a thread on the 'Faster' movie, it's absolutely worth the money to see it. I'm sure I won't get another chance, and I'm glad I made the time. Really neat to see McCoy backin' the bike into the corner, then smokin' the tire backin' the bike out. On a 500cc 2-Stroke. Very Impressive.
