'03/'04 Cycle World Motorcycle Show  - Sat. 12/13

Starting a new thread for each day, as not everyone will be able to or wants to meet on one particular day. Let's make both days a big SoCal Monsters get-together.

Can anyone provide a relatively comprehensive link on the times and events? I can't find much......

Tom/Infoage had proposed meeting at Spectrum Motorsports in Irvine. How does that sound?

Show time is 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Probably best to arrive early to avoid the crush?

So the people coming from North should ride down to Irvine then back up to the convention?

Or do we have another meeting place and ride to the convention to meet everyone coming from South?

i'm in, as long as you guys are willing to stop every 100 miles cuz my gas mileage sucks big time

Not trying to derail the thread, but I wanted to respond to geeniusatwurk.

geeniusatwurk, don't feel bad. We all get about 100'ish miles to the tank.

The best I've seen is about 110 on my 03 800 dark.

I'm coming up on Saturday with at least one other Monster dude (although I'll be riding the ST2 and Matt may be riding either his Guzzi cruiser or his Tuono :)

I need to come up early because I need to be back in San Diego by around 4:30 or so.

Who wants to meet up with then show opens?

I am interested in going to the show Sat. I think morning would be the best time to leave avoid some of the crowd and Irvine is a good place for me to meet. Never actually driven PCH through Long Beach. Just post the times once there finalized.

I'm still hoping to do the Spectrum run, if enough guys want to meet there.

Right after the show, I'm riding to Oceanside drop my bike at the dealer for the belated acid repair. I might slab it south with you guys.

"Faster" the movie is playing on Friday and Sunday, but not on Saturday. I know that many people are interested in seeing this movie, so I am posting the screening information below.
