Re: mags is being admitted to st. john's in santa monica

Cardiac officially ruled out.

They think its something lung...so they are looking for a lung infection, mold, fungus, or something. Essentially, they have to find the source of the cough.

Could it have been mold or fungus in that beard of Cory's

On a serious note glad it's not cardiac..... I had a friend who lived in Mariner's Village in MDR & the waterfall was leaking into their wall and it took him 6 months to figure out he had mold related issues as antibiotics did nothing.....

Re: mags is being admitted to st. john's in santa monica

I'm in Norway and have no idea who you guys are, but I'm impressed with how you care for each other.

I had a similar experience a while back, I mean with the elevated heart rate and chest pain, most of it was fear of dying in pain I guess.
It calmed down once I felt safe/taken care of. Changed my lifestyle and work pressure - my heart and health is now as good as if I was a 20 year old athlete (I'm 46).

Hope everything works out fine

Love hospital wifi!

Corey was able to spend the day here and be at the "office".

if this were an episode of house, they'd biopsy the upper lobe of your lung and put you on full spectrum antibiotics!

you'll be back in fighting form in no time, i'm sure~

Re: mags is being admitted to st. john's in santa monica

yay!

outta here!

It is some sort of lung irritant and we are going to start nailing it down through outpatient stuff. Essentially, I have developed acute adult asthma. They are writing orders for getting my seating at work moved and/or having the HVAC tested, we need to make sure we have no dust at home and maybe getting carpets cleaned, no smoking near me, etc.
