Not really. You either need a long punch or drift top drive the bearing out from the opposite side or a blind bearing puller.

The hardest part is removing the swingarm.

Just a point.

The clutch side is the right side, where the oil level is checked.

The other window on the lefts side is the alternator/flywheel.

Unless they are done on the same dyno they are just numbers. You will find some dynos read high, some read low.

Yes, all are the same. I have a clutch from a 2005 S4R on my 1990 851. The only difference is some bikes came wiith the uber cool Alloy Baskets and friction plates.

It maybe possible to have the stator rewound for more output. The thing to do would be to get a spare stator and cover (ya gotta make sure itll fit, go down to your local Starter/Alternator rebuilder...

The main thing that people are having issues with the Barnetts is, they are just throwing them in and not check the stack height of the clutch pack. They end up with a stack heigth that is too great...
