with EBC HH pads they are like hitting a wall - with 2 fingers.

Sounds like you have air in the system - needs bleeding out

Presumably OE fitted Ohlins are the cheapest you can get but....

If you can hear the chain over the engine - its too tight or out of alignment

My local Ohlins specialist set up the suspension and recommended 36psi front and rear (42 with a pillion) on the Pirelli Rosso
It worked well and even better since i put the Metzlers on

But it is possible that it has not been fitted well so is still stuck down off the tyre land at some point?
