I now run an LED headlight that you can get through www.motodemic.com that plugs right into the stock headlight connector on the bike and uses the stock shell. If you want more info on either set up PM me. I'll be happy to answer any questions.
I'm looking to replace, or rather ad back the original headlamp that the previous owner swapped out for an LED strip light type that I really don't think suits the bike one bit.. Looks more like a motocross style bike light.

Was it a difficult surgery? I still can't figure out if he used a new mounting bracket or the old one, but the 'new' LED is on all the time, doesn't have a high/low and no flash.

I still have the original lamp. Any pointers?

Also, I do have a full arrow carbon for my S2R 1000, but kind of like the look so not really interested in a swap out.
Why do you want to change it? Just want a different look?

Rob.

At this time no. I am afraid of being stuck with the mufflers. I'll let you know if I part them out.

It all depends on how he did it. If he hacked the wiring harness up and hardwired anything that would suck. If he made an adapter, plugged it in then you are good to go. Reversing all depends on how much he really changed on it.
I wanted to swap for carbon fibers because they would be easier to sell and I also have a buddy that wanted a set. They are a different look and sound. Both sound mean in their own way.

What would you take for just the, ahem, "mufflers" I'd be game to try and make them work on my Silmoto headers on my '04 S4R.

Thanks,
Chris

I?d probably be up for buying the header if you?d be willing to separate.

Still available.
The headers will not be sold separately unless someone buys the mufflers alone or they sell with my S2R1000 headers.
