Re: The" ALL NEWBIES SAY G'DAY HERE" Thread

I have been looking at this thread for a while and thought it was about time I put som einfo into it. I have just retuned to riding after a few years of kids etc... and am loving it!
My ride is a Monster 620 and have just started modifying it - I just put on some Ducati Performance Remus high mount pipes and they sound just amazing. And they make the 620 go well - it is wild how much more freely the engine revs now that it can breathe (I also put in a K&N filter).
I have also added some clear colour indicators, LED taillight and Xeon headlight. Can now see at night and the bike looks great.
Whats do I do, well mostly it is work (at Taronga Zoo) and spend time with my wife and 2 kids - that almost takes up all my time so getting on the bike is sometimes difficult.
What do I think - The Monster is awsome - I always wanted a Ducati and am really happy to be riding one - ONe day when I grow up I hope to get hold of an S2 but that will be a bit down the tack.
Anyway, that is my rave for the moment - I look forward to the Concours d’Elegance next Sunday.
Ciao, R_usty

Re: The" ALL NEWBIES SAY G'DAY HERE" Thread

I guess I should've said "G'day!" in this thread before I started that other thread?!

Anyway..AZ_ or IZ here. I'm a regular/addict to the DML now for >3 years now.

I've been hanging out in this club since my wife and I are thinking about making a move to AUS/NZ from Phoeinix, AZ.

Thanks for all the info I've received in my thread everyone!!

Thanks for teh welcome. Yes..that was my lil' buddha, Izaac! His passing is a big reason behind leaving here. We still have the English Mastiff. he'll have to be in quarantine in Sydney for 30 days. Anyway, Pugs are the greastest dogs! A little dog with a big dog bark! We had 11 wonderful years with him!!
