Re: 1999 M750, FCR racing carbs, Arrow High Mount, $3300! to DMLer

Nice, this would make a MOST EXCELLENT trake bike, because of the $1000 dollar carb upgrade. I also have some fully adjustable showa TiN forks if he wants them.

I'll be away from the computer building drums today. You can call me at (530) 680-0490

I'm still thinking about it. It is a great looking bike with some fantastic mods & reasonably priced. I was just reading through your old postings to learn more about your bike. Didn't get far but noticed that you had some problems with your rear break & forks when you first purchased the bike. Were these resolved?

I wish you were on the east coast. That would make my decision much easier!!

Yup, got forks with only a couple hundered miles on them from AKMonster a while ago. That fixed the leaky, pitted fork problem, (replaced both forks for good measure), also fixed the back brake, the screw that adjusts the play on the rear brake pedal had lost the back nut and was unscrewing and engaging the brake, so I put a new nut on there and BAM, El Fixo!

Hey, spoke to you just a bit ago from San Jose. Didn't get your email down right. Could you send a few more pics my way. Also, how long is the registration good in CA for?
