Thatís beautiful! Really, really cool. Nice job! And judging from the pretty professional pic Iím guessing you have more. Would love to see some more images of this. Iím in the midst of reviving a beat up old SR250, and Iím taking it in sort of a trail biased scrambler direction. Hopefully done by spring if schedule permits. Love these old bikes!

Hi. Thanks. It was a lot of work for a bike to ride around town but I like messing with them.

Both bikes are stunners! But, that Pinarello! And those Campy carbon clinchers! I have been looking for a new wheelset for awhile and almost bought some Zipps. After some reading I was set on the Bora One 50s. They don't have the issues aero wheels have with crosswinds which is important to me. I looked at the price and thought I really only need one kidney. Lol. What drivetrain do you have on there. Please don't say Shimano. :P

Thanks for the kind words..
Sorry they are ultergra 6870 lol
Heard of problematic Campy grpset thus avoiding them. But they do look awesome!
As for the wheels, I was actually looking at Bora 35 but since the shop was offering special price for the 50s...let's get it!

Which bike are you on? Italian too?

Wow! I'd say you've got an extraordinary kid there. It takes a lot of dedication (aka suffering) and hours and hours and hours beating on that asphalt to get to that level, and at such a young age. Good on ya, Dad!

I just saw the last bit there. I have an Italian, but I’m not on it. Yet! Project bike. I’ve got one HED front wheel that was given to my by the same person. It’s aero which I isn’t what I’d pick if I had a choice. Crosswinds and endurance on aero wheels don’t dance well. But he just had it around. He’s literally a bike hoarder—like, they could make a TV show about it—so I don’t think he knows what he actually as. He’s more of the Swiss persuasion. He used to ride pro and was hit by a lorry and that ended his career. Very sad. He gave me this bella Italian frame. I’m no TT rider so it would be pride of ownership in any case.
