What sorcery is this?

So, I was going to change the handlebar of the Duchess and found this damned screws. I have them on the license plate but I rarely move those and they can be acessed from the nut behind them, so no problem.

But I haven't noticed them on the throttle clamp in the bar. They look like torx, but have this weird pin in the middle so torx can't fit there. Can anybody give me the name of this type of screw head so I can buy a kit? or are these specific for Ducati? Thanks a lot!

Harbor freight has a security bit set for 10$ with just about every weird thing in it you could ever use. I have like 4 of sets around in various places.
