If it's at the same price as the regular 1200S it might be ok if it really is a 2016 model and if you like the stripe edition. Personally I'm not a big fan of the mini fairing and the rear hugger on 1200S helps to keep the water and dirt off my back on rainy days while keeping the tail profile slimmer than the plate holder on the stripe. I used a tail tidy kit on my previous bike and looked great but I always got water on my back/neck on rainy days which wasn't that great. Oh, and you can always paint the stripe on the bike if you want. But hey, that's my opinion and a bargain is a bargain.

By the way, the short aluminum plate holder is sold as an accesory in Mexico so you're stuck with the long plastic one unless you get a new one. But it's always nice to add you personal touch to the bike so go for it.

Here are a couple of shots of the installation (attached). One showing an overall view, the other taken from underneath showing the re-cable-tie of the signal wires (there is a little clip on either side designed to cable-tie to and you have to make sure not to cut/damage the clip when taking the wires apart).

Enjoy your new (2015 ) bike!

Thanks man, yes, i like the stripe version, although the stripe only got outin 2015, and i Ducati page removed it for 2016 line up, my dealer insist that the bike im gonna get is 2016, and my bill and papers of the bike are gonna sat 2016,even in their computer inventory says is a 2016 monster 1200 stripe, i saw that personally, so, it's tricky, but i guess im gonna look the other way, close my eyes, and let the bargain go ape shit on my ass. Thanks for replying man, I truly appreciate it.
