I've got the CRG Hindsight LS on my 696, and I think that the optical quality of the mirrors is better than my original 20th AE Mickey Mouse ears.

They work GREAT! I can see behind me. They have a bit of a "fish eye" to them so you get a bigger view. I like it has different mounting positions. Doesn't look cheap either… I'm happy!
These mirrors are awesome. I've had them for a while now. Zero complaints and they work. I can see everything behind me and they are comfortable to look at.

Clarity is perfect and there is zero buzz. I used blue loctite when installing. These specific mirrors are actually high quality. I think you'll be surprised when you actually have them in your hand. They are not like the cheap CRG knock offs. I'd buy them again without a second thought. Especially for the price.

I'm late to the discussion, but I had the CRG Hindsight LS on my 796 and have them on the 821.
I thought the stock mirrors were atrocious - I couldn't see anything but my elbows.

Got mine from SoloMotoParts, $59ea.

Adapters from them as well.

Great price on the mirrors, well worth the cost.
They don't vibrate and I can see what is behind me and to the sides.
