Touring mode

My 1200S came from the factory with Touring Mode set to Engine=Medium. Does anyone know exactly what that means in terms of HP, throttle response, etc. I have not seen power curves for each of the 3 modes. Has anyone set touring mode to Engine=High, so that you have the power of sport mode, but ABS and traction control of touring mode?

Engine=Medium means you can get full power at full throttle, but the throttle response is more progressive instead of being linear.

So at twistgrip positions, you get less throttle opening in touring vs sport, but as you twist further, eventually they both end up in the same place.

The max power of sport vs touring is the same though.

mtb, thanks for the information. Have you seen a power curve which shows this?

Yep, mtb nailed it. The HP of Sport and Touring mode are exactly the same, just different throttle response.

I've not seen any dyno results or throttle mapping curves or anything like that... I'm basing what I'm saying off of the Ducati marketing material and owners manual for the bike as well as my personal experience with the different modes.
