14T Sprocket swap instructions

I've searched the forum and can't find an faq or detailed instructions on how to DIY the sprocket swap from 15T to 14T.

a) I'm sure I've seen this before, but I can't find it anymore
b) Maybe this doesn't exist, can someone post something?
c) Would you DIY this, or send this to the shop to do?

I did it myself and it is not so easy thing to do. If my dealer was not 200 miles away I would do it in the shop.
The biggest problem was chain adjustment. When I did it by the book it was too tight. Now it is 56 mm far from swingarm (book says 46-48 mm) and when I sit on the bike it is OK.

You have to have torque wrench, and have to remove rearset and secondary clutch cylinder (I was afraid of that but you just slide it and put it back)
