Houston Meet & Greet- This week/next?
Continuing discussion from other thread...
I'm free after this coming Thursday (4/24), buuut next week would be ideal as I have to partake in a bachelorette party this Thursday night... I'm not sure which smiley to stick in here...
.... olice: .... ?
Anyway, that whole mess starts at 7 pm, so I doubt that would give me enough time to hang out this Thursday. Depending on weather, I'll either stay in town after exams to do some aviating or head out and do some riding for our few days of break, but may still be around for this Friday evening. So... anyway, I guess you guys pick, and I'll come when/if I can.

[laugh] I'm sure they'll require an umm.. 'dancer' chipo
Let's put the three spots from last time back up on the drawing board,
Cabo
Rudyards
instead of Bibas, let's say Rivas Italian right across from Ming's cafe, italian food/italian bikes, and they have their own parking lot too
Date: Next thursday May 1st.

I'm up for any of those... The place we went to last time was really nice but if a scenery change is required I'd cast my vote for the italian place...
Maybe a poll would be in order?

Not Cabo. I love Cabo but it's walking distance from us. The others I haven't ever been to. My vote is for whatever has good parking.

I'm also throwing out there that Pearl Bar is where my helmet almost/sort of got jacked. I actually really liked the place, and yes, there is good parking right up front... just don't leave anything lying out. That being said, that is like a block from my house, so I kinda would like a bit of a further ride, too. Food would be good also. How about Star Pizza on Washington? That one has much more parking than the other Star Pizza... and it's at least 6 blocks from my house ;D

sory to hear about your helmet, but should you *really ever* leave *anything* lying about??? everything i've pretty much ever had stolen, i can usually chalk up to negligence in some way on my part. i'm just sayin.... :
LOL, pearl is also ~a block away from me, but hey, who says we can't meet up and go for a spin beforehand *then* ride to the bar!

Yes, yes, I definitley know it was my negligence. Too much faith in the other patrons 2 feet away from the bike, I guess. True, we could definitely go for a joyride beforehand.
