Default Free House with Purchase of Monster!

We have a great house, nearly new- only lived in for 6 months that we are trying to sell due to our move up to Minnesota. This is a really good deal as there are tons of extras and the asking price is now just over the base model with no upgrades. Let me know if you have any questions about it. If you go through my agent, we can get a little more knocked off the asking price. This is only 10 minutes from downtown at the south end of Mopac by the Circle C Golf Course. Great twisties are right there for you to take advantage of!!

Thanks

Sorry Tony..I can't help but to laugh at the price!! I sooooo can't wait to get down there to buy a house!! I'm not laughing at your house! I'm just laughing at the JACKED UP prices they have up here in the NW! That same house would be at lest 550-750K!! :

I would seriously look at it because that's perfect timing for our move but I won't buy a 2 story house.

Very nice house though!! Good luck with the move! [thumbsup]

Keep in mind that we dont have basements in TX. We pretty much had to get a two story just for the storage.
Good luck with the interviews and potential move. Austin is a prettuy nice place. Of course I am typing this and looking out the window at a massive snow sotrm. We are supposed to get 4-6 inches of snow here and over a foot north of the city...

Oh- be careful about houses out by Lake Travis. If you are looking at a Spanish style neighborhood- ask me about it first. THe prices are too good to be true for a reason. Wont get into details now though. Just search Mike Kelly and Maravilla if you are curious (the name of the neighborhood was changed to Bella Castillo).

If anyone has any leads for me, it would be appreciated. We sold the house once already but the buyers backed out due to "marital difficulties." House was inspected and checked out fine. So now we are scrambling to sell it again.

We just closed in July last year. Great house, great family neighborhood. They block off the cul-de-sac on Frioday nights so everyone can hang out. Gonna miss that.

If anyone can help me out- we can talk about finders fees at that time.

OK, so this really blows. I need to get this house sold but everyone is being a wuss. The house is already well under market value. FYI interest rates are going to start going up now, the prices in Austin are trending up, not down like the other areas that people are freaking out about. Act now before its too late!

2002 m620 with 9000 miles for the low low price of $295k!! (negotiable)

Hope you are all enjoying the weather down there. They are talking about the chance of snow here tonight.
