Will riders be allowed to be on the track?

According to the invitation I got it explains the requirements for your bike and what you're wearing to be allowed. Where i'm confused is is that I didn't think the track was fully open yet. I need to call Elite and clarify that.

I talked to Elite today and this is how it is: the track is not open yet. This is a preview and a few members of Ducati Austin Owners Group have been invited to ride. If other people show up they can watch and hang out.

I saw the youtube video of the track. Looks like a fun track. Didn't read the length of it though. Anyone know?? I'm determined on doing at least 3-4 more track days this year, would love to do one close to San Antonio.

On a side note, Simpson Helmets are made in San Marcos and you can get them at the factory pretty cheap...

In addition to what Ivo said, this is an "Invitation Only Track Preview" for Austin Ducati Owners Group ( a Google Community)....It's not an open track day, and unless yer name is on the El Listo, your punked (for now anyways)...sucks, but control must've been a concern..Elite Trackdays, H2R and the ADOG joined up to present the track/facilities as a preview to prospective new members of the private track....hence, the invite only tag... :

Rode down there with the Austin boyz Saturday and the grounds around the track were on fire......great.

This reporters OPINION only is that it looked to be a scrub burnoff gone bad..... :-X

Track looks fun....small, but elevation changes, off camber turns and some fast corners will make it fun.....A few weeks ago we watched as some cars zipped around the place....from the top parking lot you literally can see the whole track as it's laid out in what looks like a bowl terrain configuration...

I got my E-vite today and I'm looking forward to checking out the new track. From what I've seen of it, it looks like a fun course.
