Default Play in my rear sprocket M1100

Hi I'm new to this forum and recently bought an 09 M1100.
I cleaned and lubricated the chain for the first time last week and noticed that there was a bit of side to side play in the rear sprocket. If I'm standing behind the bike and push on the sprocket from left to right, it moves like 1/16". Is this normal?
Do I need to replace some parts or tighten something?
Thanks

That's normal. There are rubber cush drives that insert into the sprocket and once they break in the sprocket can move around a little.
