Overhauling my 2005 620 dark... few quick questions.

Any information is greatly appreciated. I have a 2005 Monster 620 Dark with a plastic tank....well the tank flange is corroded which model flanges can I fit in there under the cap. Second is what kind of paint would you suggest for the exhaust cans and timing belt covers and front sprocket cover. Thank you again for your advice
