Default After market signals with OEM screen

Is there a trick to adding aftermarket signals to a bike with the wind screen since you can't use the rubber mounts that thread in to the stock signals?

Good question I always forget that the newer Monsters have the little screen. It is a S2R1000 and should be like any older Monster with a screen. The oem setup has a post with a rubber spacer that threads in to the turn signal but the aftermarket lights have a threaded bolt piece that comes through the hole and this leaves no way to use the oem lower mounting post.

you can connect the new signals directly to the headlight bracket
you will need to get some 'long' version signals that are long enough to stick past the fairing or some signal spacers like one from Rizoma

Thanks Jeff, but what does the windscreen attach to? Just the threaded part of the turn signals on the inside of the headlight bracket. It doesn't look like I can use the OEM post.

<shrug> none of my monsters have a windscreen on to go look at, but you should be able to put it in the middle hole.
might need to open it up a little
