Electrical Diagnosis!Please Help!

I dont know why it never crossed my mind to check that,Thx will do Capo,very important.

I think that because I took most of the side profile pics from a low crouching position looking up at the R/R, the angle makes it seem like there isnt very much room(you can see shadows being cast up higher than the bike in one photo) .

Unfortunately, Seattle has some of the worst paved roads Ive ever seen, I actually remember hitting a few pretty big bumps on my last ride and dont remember any crunching....I'll take it as a good sign I might be ok...

I will hop up and down on my bike next time and see how close it gets.Thankx

@DMonster1: Notwithstanding the excellent information and write-up provided by Capo, I would suggest checking the contacts *inside* the solenoid and/or flat spots on the starter motor armature.

All the information you've provided seems to indicate that the bike is charging and running well and your problem is related to the starting circuit and starter motor.
