Default factory suspension settings??

I have a 04 monster 1000 sie which is the same setup as an s2r. I bought the bike used and have been playing with the settings with good results. I want to make the bike turn in a bit quicker and am gonna raise the rear a bit and maybe lower the front a tad.
''Set fork tube height to 5mm showing above triple clamp, rear with 4mm thread showing''

ok so in the rear i have no threads showing on the height adjuster im assuming thats stock, the front however am not sure where it came from the factory.....

Also the rear shock only has one dampening adjustmant. Does that mean its both compression and rebound together? When full out its much softer when pressing down and takes a second to settle at the top full in opposite... Does that mean its compression and rebound? That would make sense i guess
32 clicks in the rear. TIA, if anyone wants to share there settings that would be great

Default

My bike (800ie -04) has in front 12,5 mm (fork tubes showing) which I think is a good compromize. It had 15 mm (factory setup?) which was a little twitchy at higher speeds but other vice great.
