What do u mean by failing? like when you press on the brake it doesn't engage. or the brake seized up. if it was the first one, alot of times the slave cyl seal will leak or seize and not work at all. if so take off the caliper and inspect it. if something is stuck or isnt engaging either 1 take it apart and clean and fix it or 2 replace it. #2 is costly so i would take it to some one and have it fixed.
