Jake82,

With the Zard full system the sound definitely changes. You can hear a sample of this on http://sites.rapidus.net/sebmorin/ms4r.htm

Yes, the ECU has not changed, so is stock.

Anyway, I got the bike back for the weekend. They disconnected the o2 sensor and it runs as smooth as butta! Way more power now since they adjusted every single thing on the bike trying to figure out the surge. I bet they have 40 hours of working on it, and then I had to suggest to them to disconnect the o2 sensor because of the posts on this board. Thanks guys!

They have a new ECU, O2 sensor, and step motor on order. When they come in, I will take it back to see if they can keep it running well with everything connected.

When I rode the bike home I didn't notice any surge at all, probably because I was use to such a large and obvious one. However, there is the very slightest surge still present, but I could live with it.
how are they charging all this? are they treating it as a warrenty issue?
