Has anyone seen this on Ebay? If so, anyone had any experience with it? Does it make any difference at all?

Stay away. The "chip" alters the signal from the lambda sensor and tricks the ECU to advance timing. Yes you get some power gain, but it's major recipe for pinging and serious damage to the engine.

Thats what i thought, it looked to good to be true. I guess I'm just hoping ad waiting for something for my 06 S2R1k without having to customize a PC111 for an M1k.
