I need a member to pick up my 2006 MULTISTRADA and partially strip it and palletize it for shipping. If you don't know anything about pulling it a part you can strap the whole thing to the pallet it's sitting on right now (or another if needed) and I can have it shipped here.

If you're interested please get back to me and we can talk numbers. I really don't want to fly down there to handle it. I'm running out of time now and i really need this done, soon

I had planned on having it shipped out here, but the shipping costs have gotten too high. It would be nice to fine a few folks to help out now and again by picking up bikes and helping with shipping. All of the bikes will have salvaged titles and most will be wrecked. A truck is all you'll need to pick it up. The company that I purchase them through can fork lift the bike into your truck/trailer for you.

This bike needs to be picked up today, Friday May 2nd 2008 or Monday the 5th, at the latest

You're not picking up stolen bikes or any funny business at all.

Chris how involved will it be to do it? I have an F-250 4X4 so I suspect I would have to get a trailer to put in it since my truck is pretty tall. Is it in rolling condition and what are you looking to do with the parts?

The bike has no front wheel and they can fork it into your truck without a problem. As for stripping it down it's very easy and only takes about 2 hours. I only need a few parts from it.

I really need someone to help me out - TODAY.

I have a 2006 Multistrada in Central Miami that needs to be picked up. The bike is starting to build up storage fees that I can't afford.

I had someone lined up, but I think he backed out, because I haven't heard from him and I took a long time to get the bike paid for. I need it picked up today and the motor needs to be pulled and palletized then the rear wheel swingarm and anything attached needs to be palletized and I'll schedule FedEx to come pick it all up. I don't need the frame nor any of the plastics. You're welcome to keep that stuff. The frame has a salvage title. + I'll pay you for your time and effort...

Anyone?

Ok, so that didn't work out and I still need someone to pick this bike up.

Here's what the plan is.
I need the bike picked up and I need the motor removed from the frame with the swingarm attached. The rest of the bike is free for the taking. Whatever is attached to the motor stays with it except the harness.

I only want the bars, controls, motor, kickstand, rearsets, swingarm, rear suspension, wheel, shock, injectors, etc..

I don't need the frame, tank (fuel pump included), exhaust, harness, ECU, airbox, lower triple. There is no top triple, forks, front wheel and it's missing a lot of plastics. I have a bunch of plastics that I'd send you way though (if you want them)

It's not difficult to disassemble it. You will need a basic socket set (deep sockets too), hand wrenches and allen wrenches + other common tools.
Sockets: 10mm, 14mm, 15mm
Allen wrenches: 5mm - 10mm

The motor and swingarm can be taken out and shipped together without disassembly. It will only take an hour to get the apart. Just remove the two motor mount bolts and disconnect all the wiring, unbolt the oil cooler, rear shock from frame and exhaust.

Easy money...$150?
