Hi,
As many of you know, it's been kind of an ongoing struggle to get a thriving Ducati Owners scene happening in South Florida. Hopefully, that's in the past now because a group of us have gotten together and are really trying to do it right. (this post was at the suggestion of your moderator) We have mailed out about a jillion postcards, posted all the mail lists, invited both local dealers, the local non-official shop, the Ducati NA rep, and contacted everybody we can find that rides Ducati's in the tri-country area. The idea is to make a group with official affiliation to Ducati, structured with an "action group" that makes things happen, kind of a network of people who are each doing the area they do best. We have a first meeting scheduled, a website in Google Groups, a resturant that would love our business for bike nights, even a logo :-) We are planning a New Years Day ride as well so if you can't make the meeting that's our next event. Membership is free. Here's the details for the meeting:
