Yeah, I saw a news report about it the other day with some state Rep. on it. He is probable running for reelection and needs a cause to put his name on.

Unless they change the policy that says LEO cannot pursue a motorcycle traveling at high speed then it is a moot point. He is pandering to the people watching the news, plus he still has to convince all of the folks from the northern and central part of the state, and if there is one thing I have learned is that the rest of the state hates the attempts by Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties to dictate what the entire state should or or should not do.

I have a few thoughts on this;

- If the cops cannot catch motorcycles how is this law going to be enforced.

- How can you suspend a license fi they don't have one, because we know Squids don't have them.

- If the penalites are harsh like he wants more and more bikers are going run from the cops which mean more dead bikers and unfortunatly more dead bystanders.

So in conlusion this is a bad idea in every way. And if this law gets passed we should all ride up to tallahassee and just rev the bikes all day till they revoke it.
