Guess I'll be posting up a hello in this place as well. Just picked up my 02 705s ie. Has a little bit of work to do. If you see someone riding a drk Grey Monster with one red rim on the back and one un polished silver in the front, thats me!

Wow, it's been almost a week and I haven't seen any other monsters or naked bikes on my rides too and from work. Lots of cruisers and sport bikes.

I was supposed to go up to the Ft. Myers bike night tonight, but work is telling me otherwise.

I don't get over to Naples much, but the next time I do and I have the bike I will let you know. If you ever come across the alley let me know, we can go for a ride.

I think there is one other guy from that way who used to post but..sadly..you won't see Ducs in FL!!

There were a few around the Palm Beaches area but..everyone wants a cruiser or a stretched Hyabusa for the straight-aways!!

I sometimes go over the alley. Trying to plan something over 41 while its still nice out.

I was supposed to check out a bike night last night up in Ft. Myers. But had to work instead.

It's weird being the only naked bike around here... but its also nice to see all the confused faces. heh

You're right: this is cruiser country for sure...

The BMW/Triumph dealer in South Ft. Myers has recently added Ducati & MV Augusta lines at their location, so we may start to see more Italian iron this side of the state. Service guy just finished Duc training, rides a Multi, seemed knowledgable & enthusiastic.

My uncle lives in Bay Colony down there in Naples. That place is really nice!! The only thing I noticed was everyone driving Ferrari's and Lamborghini's. Lots of Bentley's too. I have seen only a few bikes down there and they were Rocket 3's. I should take a ride down there someday. Maybe next Spring.

Hoy from Sarasota. There's several Ducs in town, but only a couple of Monsters that I've seen. Check out Sarasotariders.net. I have family in Naples. Probably be down there Christmas + a few days. hey echoes, Gulf Coast Motorcycles in Fort Myers did just become a Duc dealer not too long ago. I went there a couple of weeks ago and test drove an S2R 1000. The next day, I had the bank cut them a check. I live in Cape Coral and ride a 2008 red S2R. I have 218 miles on it so far and can't wait to get back home and continue breaking it in. Because of my job, I'm only home to ride over the weekend but would love to make the 45 mile trip to Naples. I'm ready to ride Sat and Sun. Let me know.
