If any of you guys want to sign up for Sunday, get after it.
Currently there's 18 folks in the sport group, and the street group is sold out at 27....

I've heard parts of it are like Glendora Ridge Road.

you can't really compare any track to a street. It's a very technical track, I can't remember the numbers of the turns off the top of my head, but there is a bus stop, an awesome bowl, a FAST chicane and the skidpad is the last turn. A lot of dragging, you will seriously drag your knee through almost every corner. IIRC, there is a bump coming out of one of the turns that launches your front end and really gets the wheel up. A very fun track, will be great for the monster owners as hp is not an issue. You will really want adjustable rearsets and to remove the kickstand cause they will drag quick. Oh, and turn one is VERY fast, you don;t need to brake for it at all, but then turn 2 you grab a fistful of brake and tip it in for a quick straight in to a sweeping left that you'll drag all the way through. This is all off the top of my head and if I weren't so lazy I'd post a track map and go over it turn by turn with you, but like I said, I'm lazy.... :P

+1 on Daryl's description.

I'll preface my comments by saying I am by no means a fast rider on the street or at the track. I really try to gauge my riding by the smile on my face when I'm done with the day. That said, I hate getting spanked on the straights by every single rider on the track. The Monster, especially the 620 is not the best weapon on a fast track (read Big Track [cheeky]) but Streets really lends itself to what the Monster does well, braking and turning.

I've said this in a prior post, suspension and ground clearance are the two things to look at prior to heading to Streets. Make sure you have your sag set, rear and front and if you can dial in a little ride hieght in the rear, do it. Yes, you will probably drag pegs if you don't have aftermarket rear sets and you may drag your cans if your sag isn't dialed in (low cans), I did. I've only ridden Streets once before but its a really fun track and

Bottom line, no matter what you do, shy of crashing, this is going to be a fun time. If it's the first time at the track don't worry about a thing. If you can hustle the canyons with cages and cliffs as obstacles, the track will be a breeze.

I had a blast there, on the Monster + the Kieth Code zx-636. I didn't dig the downhill turn 3 to much, but otherwise it was 10 stars of fun on every turn!
