Timing belt a valve adjustment help

Hey guys and gals. Its time for me to do some maintenance on my 01 M750. I went to find those helpful videos for the timing belts and valve adjustment in the "FAQ & How To" forum but couldn't get in?? Does anyone happen to know what site they were on?
