Default Any thoughts on changing hotels for Ducati in the Rockies 2008?

A few people have mentioned that the owners this year were a bit pissy about the Ducati banner, cancellations, etc. Anybody interested in moving it to the Best Western at the other end of town? I hear they have a hot spring too.

The pros of the original location are:
comfortable beds
hot tubs
BBQ grills

Cons are:
Long walk to dinner (besides camp ground)
grumpy owners (think Bicks, only worse)

Thoughts?

I assume we are talking August 15-17th?

I would not be opposed. I think a change of scenary would be cool. I think stubling I mean walking home from dinner (the bar) would be less dangerous for everyone involved if I was closer to my hotel. [clap]

Are you really that insatiable??? How many times do you need to go back & forth between the bar and your room??? Maybe if you found a real man instead of persons like that guy from New Mexico that has the all carbon S4R!

---------------

Is this a different weekend than first planned?

I am planning on heading back up to Silverton in a few weeks. I will take a look at the other options.

*chokes on ice* $125 - $200 for a BEST WESTERN? I am definitely in the wrong business. At that rate a damn Holiday Inn would be $500 per night, and a Marriott would be $2,000.

Location, Location, Location. 50 miles up the road, you can get a room for $59! (And they will even leave a light on for you!)
