Tail Chop rainy season blues???

Any of you guys have any issues with this rain and having a tail chop or no rear fender? i noticed yesterday that this baby throws stuff everywhere. i have always cleaned up the tail ends of my bikes in the past but never had so much water and road grit tossed up. Anyone feeling my pain?
