I was at Ducati Yokohama couple weeks ago and saw the sign for some Moto Show this weekend up near Tokyo Teleport. My Girl's getting us a couple tickets for Sunday. Anyone else going?

I'm going Friday.

My wife went to Lawson and the tickets were Y1200 each instead of the Y1500 if you wait and buy them at the door.

Bring your camera!

yes a camera is a must but don't forget a big backpack because the vendors are going to give you so much crap!!! have fun guys i loved it last year. don't for get to throw a leg over a 1098r it is sweet!!!!!

I got to sit on a 1098s and boy was it DREAMY!!!

Also note a 1098AC (custom?) and 1098R in the mix as well.

I was trying to get more pics of the new monsters, but they cleared everyone out for the girly show and kept on yacking about something...the black one is a matte finish.

(oh, it was at Tokyo Big Site. I also went next door to the Anime Fair (I hate that kind of stuff), but I have to say the people at the Anime Fair were so much nicer...each section had translators and they wanted to give away so much stuff! At the motorcycle show, you had to fill out a d**n form just to get a sticker at most booths!

It was wonderful. g/f took most of the pics. I'm waiting for her to email them to me. Then, I'll post them up.

It was a lot of fun. They had a HyperMotard 1100 with lots of cf. Got to sit on and closely examine the 696. I don't like it. Sorry. Just doesn't do it for me. Ohh well. I'll stick with my classics.

I did enjoy all the motards. I wish some of the <600cc stuff would make it back to the US. Ohh well. I'm looking at some of the BMW stuff for down the road.
