where to watch GP?
i gotta know, where can i catch races once i get to Yokosuka. i don't see myself having any kind of cable or even tv. Help please ???

get in contact with your MWR people, I know the other bases do trips to MotoGP when it comes to Japan.

i think local sports channels show the races. just gotta figure the timing and schedule. If they do, I'm sure I'd be willing to provide the TV if you bring the beverages.

Hey my self and a buddy went up there last year and spent big money for some track side tickets right there at turn one and it ended feeling like a big waste of money. This year we are all going to ride up and camp out with some general admition tickets if you wanna go i have an extra bike or you can ride in the jeep w/ the wife? i love going to hear and feel those bikes!!! it is nothing like watching them on tv....... awesome.

I tried to catch MotoGp when we came back from our last deployment. But, we got back too close to race day (less than a week or so). Couldn't make it. I would love to make it this year if our u/w schedule doesn't phuck it up.

yeah, knocking on wood for that. we go where the Admiral goes, so hopefully he wants to go to GP. [laugh]

I took leave last year for it so i could go! Save a couple days and drop em! its well worth it
