I have Termi pipes with the ECU / Air Filter but I still get the jerkiness at low speeds.
Feathering the clutch helps as does giving it some gas.

@HarleyDuke - thanks, I was a little suspicious of that fixing it.

@TonyDiv - What exactly is the tight end of the spec for the chain? The manual confused me and I don't want to start tweaking anything without knowing for sure.

It is confusing.

They want you to push the middle of the chain up toward the swingarm and measure between the swingarm and the rivet of the chain. I can't remember the number of mm that they want (maybe 35 or so) but it's on the silver swingarm sticker.
