Default AMA @ Fontana (spoilers)

so apparently no one cares about ama sbk, blah blah. but that was some amazing racing between ben & mat.
those guys are on the ragged edge from the moment the lights drop, 100% balls out. say what you like about the yosh dominance but those guys earn it. mladin was visibly crestfallen by getting beat by 0.01 seconds in race 2. incredible.

supersport race was great, too. so stoked seeing herrin kick butt at 17 yrs old.

Yeah...I'd complain about the same two bikes up front all the time, but when they are knocking each other off the track and touching paint constantly and still placing 1/2 it's good racing.

Dude, race 2 was amazing. I thought Ben was done, but he just put on a charge - putting it laptimes that shouldn't have been possible at that stage of the race. I think now that he and Mat both have the "must win every race" mentality, it's gonna be a fun season.

Also, Neil Hodgson is looking damn good on that Honda. I think he'll be podiuming pretty regularly in the very near future.

And, supersport... Man, I'm happy for BBoz, I really like him. Josh Herrin is gonna be a huge star in racing. And good for Zemke for getting back up front again - he's a super nice guy. OTOH, wth is up with Josh Hayes? Can he only win with a cheater crank? He was close in FX, but just nowhere to be found in SS.

i dunno what the deal is but the amount that an fx bike is different from ss is not the same amount that he is better on the fx bike. strange.

And fucking speed barely mentioned Cardenas because they were so focused on Hayden. Yeah I know he's famous and all but they're both people.

Hope they're both ok, it was a nasty crash.

Not speed's fault. People don't report what they don't know. John Ulrich even said as much.

In the coverage, they didn't know what happened to Hayden either, but that's all they talked about. Maybe I'm touchy but I could tell from the replay that Cardenas was messed up and they spent a lot more time talking about Hayden. Ok, I am touchy but I don't think the coverage was even as they had no information about either person.
